COVID 19 GUIDELINES
1 All gym sessions and classes - when allowed must be pre-booked either online or by phone/text/messenger
2 Try to arrive ready to train to avoid using the changing rooms
3 Do use your own sweat towels in the gym - and use paper towels provided
4 Stay within the 2.5 metre gym markings on the floor of the gym to maintain social distancing
5 During classes extra ventilation will be used to ensure a continuous air flow
6 Use the hand sanitiser on entry and exit from the gym
7 All gym kit will be cleaned after each class and personal training session
8 Bring your own drink to the gym
9 A minimum of 15 minutes between classes and PT sessions will be upheld to ensure cleaning can take place
10 Cleaning of the gym environment has increased
11 Those who are high risk, pregnant or shielding should always follow their own personal medical advice

Feel The Burn
Join us for Cross Training and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Weight Lifting techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!
Find Your Core
With pilates and yoga, the main focus is on core. However, you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs. The exercises in a Pilates or Yoga workout will boost your flexibility and joint mobility. That is why this class is so good alongside your usual work out and especially if you are recovering from an injury.
HIIT The Spot
Join us for a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. Its hard, but its worth it.

I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN FITNESS ALL MY LIFE AND I'M DELIGHTED TO BE OPENING MY OWN FACILITY RIGHT IN THE HEART OF GARSTANG.
I've always been passionate about fitness and being healthy and I believe the two go hand in hand, which you will soon discover at my facility. I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2006 and have over 10 years of experience helping people improve their fitness, recover from illness, prepare for specific events, rehabilitate following surgery or injury and identify and achieve goals. We offer here at JG fitness a reliable and professional service that you can rely on. I would be very happy to share my convictions with anyone who is interested in joining our facility.
